Suzanne Ludlum is an author, international trainer, conference presenter, public speaker, and certified yoga therapist working with individuals who have a history of trauma and mental illness. She is also an accomplished artist whose work has been exhibited internationally with rave reviews. Suzanne lives with her husband and daughter along the shores of Lake Mooney in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is still a warrior and hopes she has conquered her demons for good.
